Refund & Subscription Policy

Everything you need to know about your SnapTV Premium subscription and our refund guidelines.

SnapTV Premium is a subscription plan on the SnapTV App that provides users with unlimited access to all available Shows for the duration of their active subscription.

* These durations and plans may be modified, updated, or discontinued by the company at any time for new users without prior notice.

1. Trial & Subscription Duration Clarification

SnapTV subscription durations — including any free or promotional trials — are calculated on a calendar-day basis, beginning on the date of activation.

For example, if a 3-Day plan or trial is activated on a particular date, that date is treated as Day 1, followed by the next two consecutive calendar days as Day 2 and Day 3. The subscription or billing cycle is triggered upon the final calendar day under this structure.

SnapTV does not calculate subscription validity based on rolling time blocks from the exact minute of activation.

By subscribing, users acknowledge and agree to this duration methodology.

2. General Policy

All purchases made on the SnapTV App — including Trials, Short-term, Monthly, and Quarterly subscriptions — are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly approved by the company under exceptional circumstances.

3. Subscriptions & Renewals

Some SnapTV Premium plans may include auto-renewal to ensure uninterrupted access to content. Please note the following:

  • Users enrolled in a Paid Trial are not eligible for a refund once the first auto-renewal occurs.
  • All renewals, after the initial paid subscription, are non-refundable.
  • SnapTV does not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time if a subscription is canceled before expiry.
  • Users are responsible for managing or canceling their subscriptions through the app store or payment platform used for purchase.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are issued only at the sole discretion of SnapTV and may be considered in limited cases such as:

Duplicate Charges
Duplicate or multiple charges for the same transaction.

Technical Errors
Technical errors resulting in failure to activate or deliver the purchased subscription.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
