2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SnapTV.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access premium or interactive features, you may be required to create a SnapTV account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Fake profiles, impersonation, and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.

You agree to use SnapTV only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial activities.

You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with other users’ experience
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers, APIs, or infrastructure
• Upload or spread viruses, malware, harmful code, or automated scripts
• Use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools to collect platform data
• Disrupt or overload SnapTV systems, APIs, or servers

Violation may lead to account suspension or termination.

Some SnapTV features are available via paid subscription plans.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Allow recurring billing until canceled
• Ensure your payment method remains valid

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
• Multiple copyright/usage violations occur
• There is abuse, harassment, or platform misuse

8. Monitoring for Suspicious Activity

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and technical signals to identify suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity. This may include detecting access through unauthorized or altered application packages, abnormal device or application behavior, or activity inconsistent with normal user usage. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are engaging in or attempting to engage in any prohibited or suspicious activity, we may immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the App and associated services without prior notice. All such determinations are final, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.

SnapTV is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free services
• Full reliability of third-party integrations
• That content or features will always remain available

SnapTV may experience outages, bugs, delays, or operational issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapTV shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Financial losses
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by third-party service providers

Your use of SnapTV is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goblins Studios LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your use of SnapTV
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights
• Sharing harmful or illegal content

12. Communication Consent

By using SnapTV, you consent to receiving:

• Transactional messages
• Service updates
• Content recommendations
• Offers, rewards, and promotional communication

via:

• Email
• SMS
• WhatsApp
• Calls
• Push notifications

SnapTV may include links or integrations to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:

• External content
• Policies or terms of such platforms
• Actions or data practices of third-party services

Your interaction with third-party services is at your own discretion.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on the App/Website. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
