These Terms & Conditions ("Terms of Service") govern your use of SnapTV, owned and operated by PULSEPLAY LLP ("We" / "Our" / "Us"). By accessing or using SnapTV services, applications, websites, or products, You ("User" / "You" / "Your") agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Community Guidelines.
If You do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using SnapTV.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SnapTV (including apps, websites, data feeds, software, or related services), You agree to:

SnapTV may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the App/Website. Continued use after changes means You accept the updated Terms.
2. Services Covered
SnapTV provides digital content and entertainment services, including but not limited to:
- Video and audio streaming
- Educational series and shows
- Interactive entertainment features
- SnapTV Originals and partner content
The service may include links to third-party platforms. SnapTV is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
3. SnapTV Accounts
To access premium features, You must create a SnapTV account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep Your account credentials confidential.
- You are solely responsible for activities under Your account.
- Fake profiles, impersonation, or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited.
- Report any unauthorized use immediately to support@snaptv.asia.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
SnapTV offers subscription-based services with recurring billing.
- Free trials may be offered. After trial expiry, paid plans auto-renew unless canceled.
- Users can cancel subscriptions directly within the app.
Refund Policy
- The first auto-renewal after a free trial is non-refundable.
- A one-time autopay setup fee (₹1) is non-refundable.
5. Content Usage Rules
- SnapTV content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Do not copy, record, distribute, modify, or exploit content without written permission.
- Downloading is allowed only where a "Download" option is provided.
- Violation may lead to account suspension or termination.
6. User Content & Conduct
Where SnapTV allows You to upload, share, or post comments/reviews/media, You agree not to post:
- Defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal content
- Content infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
- Content harmful to minors
- Viruses, malware, or harmful code
SnapTV reserves the right to remove violating content without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, software, and content on SnapTV belong to PULSEPLAY LLP or its licensors.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Suspension & Termination
SnapTV may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:
- Multiple copyright violations occur
- You breach these Terms of Service
- Illegal or fraudulent activity is detected
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SnapTV is not liable for service interruptions, technical bugs, or third-party actions.
- SnapTV is not responsible for any loss of data, financial damages, or personal harm resulting from service usage.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PULSEPLAY LLP (SnapTV), its affiliates, employees, and partners against any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from:
- Your use of the SnapTV platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of third-party rights
11. Eligibility
- SnapTV services are available only to users 13 years and above.
- Users below 18 years must access SnapTV under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
